Terms and conditions of sale
Version of October 22, 2026
1. Scope
These terms and conditions of sale ("Terms") govern purchases made on the Probata Academy website. Probata Academy is a brand operated by Webmind Sàrl, Rue Jacques-Grosselin 8, c/o Fiduciaire Chavaz SA, 1227 Carouge (GE), Switzerland, UID CHE-229.962.263 ("we", "us"). By placing an order, you accept the Terms in force on the date of your order.
2. Offers
- Starter Kit: video lessons and resources to scope a project.
- Anti-Loop Pack: resources to break out of fix loops.
- Production Program: 7 modules, video lessons, quizzes, an AI assistant under every lesson, 6 milestones assessed automatically, an automated analysis of your security file and a certificate issued automatically.
- Security Module: the security module, sold on its own.
- Team Program: Production Program licenses and a company dashboard to track progress, on quotation.
The detailed content, access period and price of each offer are stated on its page at the time of your order.
3. Fully automated learning
Our courses are fully automated. They include no instructor, no coaching, no live sessions and no manual grading. Support is provided by the AI assistant in each lesson, automated milestone assessment, automated analysis of your security file and an automatically issued certificate. AI-generated answers may contain errors: you remain responsible for the checks and decisions made for your own app.
4. Prices and payment
Prices are shown in your country's currency (CHF, EUR, USD, GBP, CAD or AUD). For individuals, they include applicable taxes; for businesses, they are stated excluding taxes where regulations allow.
Payment is made online through Stripe. We never have access to your card details. Depending on your situation:
- for customers in Switzerland and Liechtenstein, and for businesses that provide a VAT number, Webmind Sàrl is the seller and issues the invoice;
- for individuals residing outside Switzerland, the sale may be concluded by Stripe acting as merchant of record; Stripe then collects the payment, calculates and remits applicable taxes and issues the receipt. In all cases, we provide access to the course.
If you bought the Starter Kit within the 30 days before buying the Production Program, its price is deducted automatically.
5. Access
Access opens automatically once payment is confirmed: you receive an email to access your learning space. Access is personal and may not be shared or transferred. Unless stated otherwise on the offer page, access to the Production Program lasts 24 months from purchase, with updates included for 12 months.
For the Team Program, each license is assigned to one person; the company may reassign an unused license.
6. 14-day money-back guarantee
For the Production Program, if the course isn't right for you, you may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase, provided you have completed fewer than 2 modules. Send your request by email to contact@probataacademy.ai. The refund is made to the original payment method and ends your access.
7. Consumer right of withdrawal
If you are a consumer residing in the European Union or in a country that grants an equivalent right, you generally have 14 days to withdraw from a purchase of digital content. By requesting immediate access to the course, you agree that performance begins before the end of that period and you acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal once access begins. This does not limit the guarantee in section 6.
8. Certificate
The Probata Academy certificate of completion is issued automatically when the final project scores 70 out of 100, with both elimination criteria met and an average of at least 4 out of 5 on the quizzes. It can be verified online by its number. It is not a state-recognized qualification.
9. Intellectual property and license
Course content remains our property. Your purchase grants you a personal, non-exclusive and non-transferable license for your own use. Templates, prompts and code samples may be used in your own projects, including commercial ones. Reselling or redistributing them as training content is prohibited.
The app you build during the course, and its code, belong to you.
10. Liability
The course teaches a method; it does not guarantee any business result or the absence of vulnerabilities in the apps you build. Third-party tools used (including Claude, Lovable, Supabase, Stripe and GitHub) are subject to their own terms and pricing, at your expense. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the price paid for the offer concerned.
11. Personal data
How we process your data is described in our privacy policy.
12. Changes to these Terms
We may change these Terms. The applicable version is the one in force on the date of your order.
13. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by Swiss law, excluding the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. The place of jurisdiction is Geneva. Mandatory consumer protection provisions of your country of residence, including those on jurisdiction, remain applicable.
