Freelancers and independent professionals
Turn your expertise into an app your clients actually use, without coding.
An assessment, a calculator, a document portal: your know-how can become an online tool that saves you time and sets you apart. Probata Academy teaches you to build it with Claude, Lovable and Supabase, then take it live without putting your clients' data at risk.
01 · The problem
Your method deserves better than a pile of emails
When you work on your own, every hour counts. Yet:
Your time goes to admin
Follow-ups, sending documents, quotes redone by hand: every hour spent there goes unbilled.
Your method stays invisible
The way you work is your best selling point, but it lives in your head and in scattered files.
Generic software forces its own logic
Its limits, its screens and often a subscription that grows with your number of clients.
A leak would cost your reputation
A poorly protected portal that exposes one client's file, and the trust of your whole client base is shaken.
02 · Examples
What you can build for your clients
Realistic apps for consultants, accountants, therapists, architects or tradespeople. These examples are illustrative: none of them describes a real client.
Client document portal
Clients upload their documents, see what's missing and track their file, just like in the demo app, Dossiers Clair.
Assessment questionnaire
An online questionnaire that applies your analysis framework and prepares a first report before the meeting.
Business calculator
Budget, area, workload or price estimates: your formula, usable by prospects on your website.
Appointments with a deposit
Your time slots, your cancellation rules and Stripe payments, without a booking platform's commission.
Project tracking space
Steps, deliverables and approvals shared with the client, instead of a long email thread.
Client-only resources
Templates, guides and videos available to active clients only, with access that opens and closes automatically.
Every example keeps your data separate from your clients' data, and each client's data separate from the others: that's the first thing the method teaches you to verify.

week 6
Tests with a sample client account, automated security file analysis, then launch on your own domain.
Nearly 44% of AI-generated code produced without security instructions fails security tests.
Veracode, 2026 GenAI Code Security Report · July 28, 2026
You don't need to know how to code. You need to know what to ask the AI, and what to check afterward. That's exactly what you learn here.

Questions from freelancers
Can the app be sold or billed to clients?
Yes. The app built during the course and its code belong to you, and the templates, prompts and code samples provided can be used in your commercial projects. Only reselling the course content itself is excluded. The floor price calculator then helps you set a rate that covers your tools and your support time.
Do you need to know how to code to build a client portal?
No. You learn to describe your method precisely, have Claude and Lovable build the app, then check the result with a sample client account. The course is designed for non-developers: basic comfort with a computer, a web browser and files is enough to follow the 47 lessons.
How much time should a freelancer plan alongside client work?
About 5 hours a week for 6 weeks. Lessons are short and available at any hour, and the lesson's AI assistant answers your questions without waiting for an appointment. During a busy stretch, you slow down without losing anything: access lasts 24 months and your progress is saved.
How do you protect your clients' data?
With access rules designed before the first screen and tested with real roles. In the program, each client only sees their own file, files are private with links that expire, and no secret key is exposed in the browser. Your security file is then analyzed automatically before launch.
How much will the app cost once it's live?
While building, plan on about 50 a month in your currency for tools. Once live, costs depend on your number of clients, storage and payments processed. Our two free tools, the budget estimator and the floor price calculator, give you a ballpark figure and the minimum price to charge to stay profitable.
Does the course work for freelancers outside Switzerland?
Yes. The course is online, available in English and French, and prices are shown in your currency: CHF, EUR, USD, GBP, CAD or AUD. The CADRE method doesn't depend on your country. Data protection obligations specific to your country are still yours to check before launch.
What if you get stuck while building?
Ask the lesson's AI assistant: it answers in seconds, based on the lesson's content, at any hour. If Lovable keeps looping on the same error, the method teaches you to go back to the plan and slice the task differently, instead of spending credits on one fix after another.
